Matt has led a staff of up to 17 Professional Engineers, Landscape Architects and technical staff in the procurement, contracting, design and management of federal, municipal, commercial and residential development projects.  He has provided oversight of timelines, budgets and project costs through design, permitting, bidding and construction.



Matt holds professional registrations for engineering in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut and is licensed by RIDEM as a Class II OWTS Designer and has been certified by the Rhode Island Coastal Management council as a Low Impact Development (LID) Designer.  Matt attended the University of Rhode Island where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

​Ben has expertise in the design and management of municipal, commercial and residential development projects throughout Rhode Island and Connecticut.  He has been responsible for all phases of land development projects from client contract and conceptual layout through final construction.  



Ben is licensed to practice engineering in the States of Rhode Island and Connecticut and is certified in Construction Site Stormwater Compliance.  He attended Saint Michael's College where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Engineering and also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from Clarkson University.

Throughout his 30-year career, Jeff has designed and managed municipal, commercial and residential development projects in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.  Jeff has lead teams of up to 20 personnel, including Professional Engineers, Registered Land Surveyors, Registered Landscape Architects and technical staff.  Jeff has profound experience in writing and administering contracts, soliciting clients and producing results that are on time and on budget.



Jeff is registered to practice engineering in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and is a licensed Class III Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) Designer by the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (RIDEM).  Jeff obtained an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Rhode Island Junior College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
